FEDERAL LAW PROHIBITS ANYONE BUT REGISTERED USERS WITH HEARING LOSS FROM USING INTERNET PROTOCOL (IP) CAPTIONED TELEPHONES WITH THE CAPTIONS TURNED ON. There is a cost for each minute of captions generated, paid from a federally administered fund.

This app is a game changer. I am hearing impaired and wear hearing aids but phone calls used to make me tense because I don't always understand what the other person is saying. I was on a customer service call and kept having to ask the person to repeat. Nagish was simple to install and works great. I can get the audio but now I have the captions for clarity. Just had a lovely talk with my granddaughter and I didn't miss a thing. I could just relax and enjoy our time together. Love this app.

I can not make any out going calls. It like wants to ring then hangs up. Also the call forwarding is not very user friendly. It will not work if your phone plan already has it enabled in the first place. It is a pain to try to set up and use this. I tried to reach out to customer support and never got a reply. I reached out 3 different times but get a bot that send articles that have nothing to do with the issues I'm having. I'm considering looking for a different app with similarities

Awesome! This should be standard on everyone's phone app! The app is very clean, without a bunch of disruptive ads and allows different options of phone communication. I love that you can read what the person on the other line is saying and you could even take a phone in a quiet place by typing a response and the app with speak it to the person on the other line for you.
