The app just keeps getting worse and worse. Extremely slow, even on flagship hardware. They've recently removed the 'share item' button, instead now only being able to share the entire search result (worthless when you are trying to send someone a specific item to pick up), and exiting 'in store' mode seems to be near impossible now. Home Depot, go look at McMaster Carr. There is a reason why they consistently win awards for their app and they have millions of products.

App is sooo slow. Painful to use. You can practically watch it thinking when you tap something like 'edit'. Way too many steps, and looks to reset information You've already entered if you change something else oftentimes leading to issues of wrong stores pick up instead of delivery and so forth. it's been like this for a long time whether on Wi-Fi cellular data doesn't matter. also very frustrating that it keeps trying to make me do two factor when I don't have access to my email.

The app wants to be awesome...but it's majorly held back by poorly performing underlying infrastructure. Pros: The ability to locate items within any given store is particularly useful. Cons: Backend and database performance is terrible. Response times for queries can be measured in the tens of seconds, which was fine 25 years ago in the modem days; but today it speaks of a lack of backend prioritization and a mountain of unaddressed tech debt.
