AVOID Verizon is terrible. Service is no longer decent and they tack on random fees and charges without explanation, then make the bill intentionally difficult to decipher. IE - I paid off my bill, checked it again an hour later, and there was a balance of $40. How does that happen in 5 minutes when you're billed monthly and nothing was purchased? You have an assigned business account manager, but they are impossible to get ahold of. It's been 10 months, 6 emails, and so many calls - nothing!

Overall, I am pleased with the service I have received thus far. However, my home internet is spotty and slow when it is working around 2.5mbs to 3.5mbs and should be near 25mbs. Tried different locations in the room and several recommended "tips" they offered, but to no avail. Also my brother has Verizon with a different phone, he has the most current iPhone and I have a Samsung Ultra 24. He comes over and has full bars and I'm lucky to have 2. 3 on really good days. But, still enjoy Verizon.

Avoid Verizon Business, their personal cell service is the only thing they do well. Onetalk is garbage, wireless business internet is not usable, tech support is non-existent. 13 hrs on the phone, month old open service ticket, my download is 3mb and upload of .18 and I pay for the highest option available. I have nothing between me and two different Verizon towers, both less than a mile from me. I am looking for new options.
