Nothing but problems with the wifi connectivity of this product. 1. When using WiFi the speaker/app would go off on its own instantiation of Pandora. I could no longer view or control the streaming from my phone. 2. Multi-room never did work. It tried. But even just trying to run 2 speakers it would just skip and stutter. 3. After a year, I thought I'd check to see if they fixed WiFi. Found out it didn't even work at all anymore. Support said try Utility app. That ddn't work either.

App no longer works w/ StanmoreMultiroom speaker (bought 4 years ago). It finds the speaker, but it redirects me to Google Home when I click on my speaker and then Google Home tells me I need to activate in the app? When I go back to my speaker and try to press the wifi button for 3 seconds it jumps back to AUX. I've done factory resets, unplugged and re-plugged. Bluetooth works fine, but what's the point if I can't add to speaker groups in Google Home? Never had this problem before.

Hi Mary, thank you for your comment. Please download the Device Utility app from the Google Play store and then try to set up the speaker. Let us know if there are any further questions.

This app is a giant mess. In order for me to use this app just so i can do some extra features on my Stanmore bluetooth speaker, I can't simply link thru bluetooth?? I have to allow Location/ gps access, why? Then allow Wifi access, why, then also download Google home.. especially suspicious about that one; Why?!?!? Way too too much nonsense to simply listen to music. Uninstalled within 2 minutes.

The Marshall Multi-Room doesn't support the Stanmore Bluetooth or Stanmore II Bluetooth speaker, it is only for the Multi-Room speakers. If you have the Stanmore Bluetooth, there isn't an app that supports this speaker. If you have the Stanmore II Bluetooth, you can use the Marshall Bluetooth app.
