Works awesome! Although when tethering an iOS device, I found that Mail app is either slow or won't connect, as well as all Meta apps (I tested WhatsApp & Instagram). They all seem to hang ("Waiting for connection"). Not sure if it's just me. All others (webpages, Microsoft M365 stuff such as Outlook & Teams) seem to work. I followed the manual proxy setup under the Settings-WiFi option. š¤š¤š¤š¤ Any thoughts?

At first glance, the app appears very inelgant, but after I actually set it up, it worked 3x better than I thought it would. A tip for using the connect button: make sure that on the device the Hotspot is coming from has the "wps" button selected BEFORE selecting connect as it will take a lot less time for it to connect. You don't even need a Hotspot plan, but mind your cell data limit, as it is used if you don't have wifi.

I'd give it 5 stars because it does work if you follow the directions, but since the last update, it stopped working when I'm also logged in through a VPN on my phone. Tried two different VPN apps and providers, so I'm pretty sure it broke during the last update. I'll definitely bring it back up to 5 stars when I'm able to use it in conjunction with a VPN.
