The app started to malfunction exactly a month after starting. Each time I log information, I have to close the app to update itself, and this is frustrating when you are logging in water, food, activity mood, etc. I am seriously thinking of canceling. The workout itself is ok, but the app is frustrating. Update 11/3/2024. Tonight, the app does not update information and says, "Could not find tracker." I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the app.

This app is a waste of money and time. It is not user friendly, doesn't allow you to add items you are tracking for previous days, doesn't have a calorie lookup function or an easy way to add food that's not their recipe. Nothing is customized to you, just a bunch of generic recipes and tips, which all could be found online on any health site for free. There are "suggestions" which are just an ad to try to get you to buy a book or other add-on that you can't get to go away.

Thanks for your feedback! Tracking previous days is a feature we’ll add soon. Your meal plan is based on your goals, and you can swap recipes to match your preferences. For more customization, reach out to [email protected]. We don’t focus on calories or points, just enjoy the process! For custom meals, click "replace" and select Custom.

Very difficult program to follow. Recipe ingredients are hard to find and expensive. When you download the app, it gives you a quiz to ask what's matters to you. I checked "budget friendly". Once I started looking at the meal plans (after paying for the program), I realized that it's a super complicated process, and I'll have to go to multiple stores for meal ingredients. Getting a refund is impossible. Buyer beware!
