Guess RAM usage is super high. Almost impossible to run on 4gb ram handset. Deleted many apps only occasionally can see the login screen. Otherwise just bounce back to nothing. 😮. Developers should not expect everyone has 6gb ram r more to run this app. Please help to reduce the ram usage in next revision. Thanks. Still the same in 2024. The app closes after few seconds. Those have 4gb ram will have problem.

Same as One Services app. No improvement on response time nor response quality. They can just click resolved without doing anything at all and there is nothing you can do about it. Very disappointed especially since it takes quite long to submit case and they can just dismiss it without any action taken. Should implement the ability to keep reopening the tickets/case if the nothing has been done but the case is closed. Otherwise what is the point lol.

LifeSG for NS Credits display not great experience. Some users see no icon, some see icon box error, some see 0 value and some cannot load. Received sms for credits but not showing on app. I called and emailed them on 7th, then they opened case on 8th. Till now no news. Still wondering if the relevant even notice my case
