I love this app. The paid version is WELL worth the cost. The app team is responsive to questions, which is very important to me. The water drinking reminder throughout the day is excellent, but the recipes, reminders & info included to keep me inspired to eat healthy & for a specific period... I can't even find the right words to express how much I love that feature. If you are on the fence & need a little motivation, just try the paid version. You won't regret it.

So far so good. A very helpful tool. No glitches. Would recommend. Note, they updated the app but now it made my phone vibrate for 5 solid minutes and cpuldnt get it to stop, so I had to silence all notifications. If they fix that, then I'll add back in the notifications, however it's really annoying because every time you open the app, there is a big box that asks you to turn them on, ir wouldn't be so bad if they have a way to check a box to not see the message again. Down to 4 stars

This app is way better than any app I know currently! Once you download and install the app, it will ask you to input your height, weight, and the time you usually eat. Overall, this app is a comprehensive tool for anyone looking to track and improve their fasting lose weight routine and water too.
