This is truly a great app for scheduling breath breaks. Easy to use, convenient. A winner. Issue.. Big one. If I am driving during a scheduled session (I set the schedule), the app takes up the entire screen. And it's not just a swipe to bring back maps app. You swipe, and there's another hale app screen behind it. You actually need to look at that screen to find the 'x', to rid that screen off maps. I am deleting this app because it just happened, and at a critical direction moment again!

I was really excited the first day I tried the app. It had a breathing exercise that was helping me get back to nose breathing. Opened the app the second day, and all I got were three questions asking how I'm breathing and so on. There are no longer the breathing exercises, which, in my opinion, renders the app useless.

I have bad migraine headaches and asthma this helped me with breathing better and relaxing my neck to relieve the pain
