It's alright except it lies about the ads!! Before the movie starts it says something like "enjoy the following program without interruptions after these messages.." But, then it still shows ads through the movie!!!!! Also, when picking up where you left off on a series, a lot of times it's the wrong episode. Whenever you pause a movie or show, you have to watch ads when starting it again.

Just a really bad video player. The video player has very limited brightness, and everything is too dark Even if your phone is brightness is fully turned up, on top of that, you can't zoom in on videos, so if you have a 21:9 screen ratio on your phone, you can't zoom in and get full coverage on your screen if the movie is in widescreen. The movies anywhere app has a far superior video player, that I think the prime video app should take notes from.

Bittersweet. I used to love my amazon account. I love how they have the option to raise the dialogue over the background noise. However, paying for extra channels on top of your monthly fee can be expensive on lower income. Especially paying extra for ad breaks that have a habit of slowing the film/show you're watching. As well as not seeing the need to charge your customers more. I only started the account because of Audible. If anyone knows how to keep Audible and cut off Amazon let me know.
