UPDATE 11/11/2024 The "Invalid Parameter" issue was the result of a password having the - symbol in it or the length of the password. I had changed the password to be shorter than 20 characters and changed the symbol used from - to something else and wasn't given the error anymore. 11/08/2024 App says "Invalid Parameter" when I type in my phone number. This app won't allow me to make a profile, making the app and messaging on the watch useless. NEEDS FIXED

I like the app and the functions on the watch. I wish the developer would add a caregiver option and make it have the same functionality as the guardian does now and change the guardian functionality to be like the administrator. As it it now only I have access to certain features and my wife does not. For instance only I can add contacts so my wife would have to ask me to add a contact she also does not have the ability to set safespaces or live tract location. There should be a setting allows

I understand the need for an app for location and a few other things. But there shouldn't be a need for the app to send and receive texts from trusted contacts. Why does the watch have it's own phone number if you have to be connected to the internet and an app to use it???
