Edit: it works pretty well, now, for the most part. Still a little clunky in some areas. When it works, it's just okay. Half the time it doesn't. The search feature is pretty bad and unforgiving. The fact that this app is required in a lot of events and how much effort bandai seems to be putting into making this a working app, it gives me little hope for the future of their card games. It just seems like they don't care.

Barely works for it's intended use, the system that requires it is broken and barely supported. They made this app a requirement on a Friday before a major holiday, and when it didn't work, they clocked out. Tournaments stop working half way through, information got lost during the transition which cancelled store support for the next big event. Bandai forced us to use a broken system with no functional lead time and no alternative. Also the UI is confusing, unintuitive and slow.

The app doesn't even allow me to register or log in. Run into the same error messages. Had to miss an event at a convention because I didn't know the app was a requirement and I have been trying to set it up for 2 weeks with no results. Tried reinstalling but still doesn't work. Bandai you need to fix your app. Edit: finally solved the issue after looking around online. Instead of using my actual phone number, just put in all zeroes and it worked. Still caused a lot of frustration.
