Have 4 debts in this program. Only 2 have settled. And while I wait for Beyond to get down to handling the other 2 my credit rating has dropped over 120 points. Definitely not the best debt solution service at all. Weak at best. I'm about to pull out my other 2 debts and just start paying again to get my credit score back up again. People, do your research. I'm positive there are far better debt consolidation companies out there. Oh, and the app, it's probably the best help Beyond has to offer.

Just started with them 3 months ago. So far so good. Very easy sign up process. The app is very cool. Everyone I have spoken to on the phone has been professional and answered ALL my questions to my satisfaction. They get a 3 right now, because they've negotiated my 1st settlement and are saving me $5,830 almost half the debt!! It will take about 4 mos by my calculations to pay off the settlement agreement. So when that happens Beyond's rating is going up. And on to the next creditor.

They take an exorbitant fee off the top of your dedicated deposit account for each debt they negotiate (over 21% of orig debt or 30% of negotiated amt). I accepted an offer and they didn't take care of it so it expired. I don't think they even contact creditors until there's enough to cover their fee and at least 2 payments to the debt sitting in your dedicated account. Creditors say they've not been contacted.
