The app often lags when loading messages and job postings. To view messages, after receiving automated email notifications for, it requires restarting the app. It does not have a search feature for the inbox. Families can make job posts without a paid membership, but can only communicate with caregivers if they pay for a premium membership.

The app is a bit janky and slow. It doesn't always load current up to the minute updates. I pay for the premium care app. I can't get current messages causing me to miss out on work and not get messages at all unless I look at my email. My app is set to notify me, but it doesn't. I have the new Samsung S24 ultra.

I paid for the background check and was starting to receive messages from potential clients when the app randomly kicked me out of my account and I was never able to log back in. When I did, it tried to make me sign up for another background check which means my account must have been deleted. I reached out several times to customer service for help and never heard back. I paid money for an app that doesn't work.
