This app is laid out well. There is a lot of content that suits many occasions. I started with the courses. They are easy, fun, fit in any schedule and very insightful. I've been using the app for almost 5 yrs and it's always there for me. Wouldn't want to be without it. Of course I could meditate without it and sometimes do, however, I can always find a message that fits the moment.

The best meditation app I've come across. The sessions have different guides, all of whom are warm and genuine. I don't feel stupid or outcast or like I'm a slow learner. I've had problems with feeling like that before when attempting mediation. I know that now, because I succeeded with meditation. Give it a try. It's working.

As a very experienced meditator, I was looking for something to help me get back into my practice. I did the 7 day trial. Like the content and the fact that it has various subjects and "levels," although maybe a bit lacking on the deeper level meditations. Having said that, I think the price is WAY TOO STEEP - for information and practices that are very widely available, and should be made accessible. Too much of a money grab for my tastes 👎
