Ever since hurricane Francine and being out of service for a while, my phone would work off and on periodically even after service was restored. Brought the phone to the office for them to check the problem. I was told my SIM card was most likely outdated. So they installed a new one. Ever since then my voicemail has never worked again. Brought it back to the office but they could not make it work other than calling in to hear the messages. So disappointed! The readout gives you more control

App does not work. Switched to Xfinity from T-Mobile, but Xfinity voicemail app has never worked. Voicemail can still be accessed by using phone dial pad, but not through the app . After several online chats with live customer service agents and a least a couple of hours, agents assured me that the problem has been resolved. But it has not been resolved yet. Upon opening the app, I keep getting message "Authorization in Progress", but never happens. App uninstalled.

Voicemail hasn't worked since I switched from Verizon to Xfinity. Spent hours in store and hours on the phone with support if you can call it that. And of course, the call "disconnected," and there was no call back. I'm absolutely livid with xfinity and wish I never left Verizon. Absolutely the worst customer service ever! My next step is going to be reporting them. This is totally unacceptable!
