I've just bought a course and it didn't appear after payment. After 4 emails they re-sent me an activation link (which was lost under Gmail promo folder) and it worked fine. To improve: support channels. WhatsApp link goes to inexistent number and FB messenger doesn't reply. Email works well. There's also zendesk, but I didn't try. Maybe the number of options is misleading customers. Just 1, more responsive, would be perfect. I also suggest adding the chromecast feature to to see courses on TV.

Hi! Since yesterday the app has a bug, and crashes 2 secs after I'm trying to get into my classes...would be lovely if you get it fixed...Thaaanks!
