Great app, awesome earphones. Sound is excellent. I only have two complains 1) social mode is ok but not perfect. I cannot hear what another person's saying unless I completely stop the music, and there is some noise. With my 3 year old Samsung buds pro it was better 2) The app does not show the battery % of the charging case. You can only see that in approximation from the LED colour. For these 2 reasons I subtracted 1 *. If they are fixed with updates I will change my rating to 5 star.

Awful. Social mode automatically gets re-enabled every single time I use my earbuds. I WANT IT PERMANENTLY OFF. PERMANENTLY. Not to have to open the app every single time I want to use my earbuds (have to use BOTH earbuds, otherwise app wont work) just to turn it off.

1. Offline mode does not work, it still tries to connect to servers and unable to login. 2. It always asks for age and gender even if you sign up, terrible experience. 3. App does not show the battery status of the charging case. It would be very helpful as now there is no way to see that accurately. These make the experience very bad.
