My lady straw was winning a match in arena and losing points and rank. I checked the replay, I have the screenshots and it even announced me as the winner. I'm NOT spending more money on a ticket to retry. I've tried going to customer service( which is hard to find. It's hard to find nearly any information on this game) and it just booted me back to the startup of the game. It's fun funny get me wrong but it's 1 million percent a "gotcha" game.

Good game just extremely low odds of success unless you pay to win!! And outrageous prices for a small chance to improve if the low odds actually hit. My only issue same pay to win players are outmaching players by 2 to 3 times stats vs non play to win players. That makes it less fun to play on top of almost empty servers so same pay to win players basically get all good rewards while rest of us get scraps so to speak. Also not be able to obtain certain items without purchase sucks the most!!!

Oddly satisfying game especially given it's premise and gameplay. Yes you make stuff (weapons, armor, rings, necklaces) as the theme of the game to level your character but it's not boring. There are other things to do as you get more powerful but everything comes down to you making gear and upgrading stuff. Can be played competitive but also very casually and still be fun. Seriously, I was shocked at how much I liked it.
