Created a trading account but the app won't let me in because I don't have(need) a debit card since I can use my phone or creditcard -.- Edit: customer service is unable to help me. I cannot find where to purchase stocks in the regular ING app, I can only view my holdings as far as I can see

Hi Kevin, it’s unfortunate that you’re unable to complete the registration for this app. If you don’t have a debit card, I recommend contacting our customer service for assistance. Our Investment products are also accessible through the regular ING app, where the functionality is almost entirely similar.

Friendly to use App and satisfying for a quick overlook, but there are several improvements needed. 1. The transactions tab often doesn't work. 2. The base values used for long-term holdings (ie shares held for many years) are sometimes incorrect. This gives a wrong picture of returns. There seems to be no way to correct this. 3. The date of purchase of a share would be very useful. 4. The App facilitates trading, but is useless for people trading in currencies other than euros.

Hi Adrian, thanks for your feedback! We are working on improvements for the order overview and multi-currency ordering. And there are plans in place to show a transaction overview per instrument. We will pass along your feedback about the base values of long-term holdings to the responsible team. Perhaps they can improve that as well!

I generally like the app, it's quite fast and you have easy control over the instruments from your phone. IMPORTANT for the ING! Similar to a previous reviewer, the app recently broke after an update. I reinstalled it from scratch and the issue has gone. This is a problem more people have apparently.
