App crashes. The right tack portal is done very poorly. Will strat tracking even when you're not moving. There is no option to disable while cycling, skiing, or doing other sports. Got flagged traveling at high speeds . Our speed limits in many places on interstate very between 65-80 MPH Just going the speed limit for 25 miles. Its a joke. Our policy hasn't even started so I wanted to see how it works.

When phone is off and in my pocket it should NOT be reading that I had a 2-3 phone occurrences! This happened in several trips so far. WTH!? Plus, being out in Timbuktu while another was driving, it'll 'read a trip', but won't let you edit it as not being a driver due to connectivity. 😡 Why? NOT HAPPY Plus, it downs your score for hard braking when you don't brake hard, then your score never goes back up for 'good driving'. All unconfirmed trips that you confirm don't always get confirmed.

App used to work great but now it never loads anything. I either keep getting "something went wrong" or it just keeps spinning. This has been going on for months. Cache cleared, uninstalled/re-installed app, rebooted all MULTIPLE times. Website doesn't open either. I just get a blank white screen. No one ever responds for help either. With what they charge for insurance you would think their app and website would work properly.
