Alight Well

Edited to add; This app just dropped my older Samsung Galaxy. Even though my phone works perfectly with numerous apps the "team" at Alight Well can't/won't figure out the issue. If someone is thinking about using this: save yourself the headache. Read the reviews and just DON'T. This app takes FOREVER to load & complete pages. The most common thing you'll see is Cannot Connect to Server & Try Again Later. The developers need to do some overhaul.

Would give it zero stars if I could. Terrible user interface. Extremely slow. Unintuitive layout. Most activities to earn rewards in the app are a joke and do nothing to improve your "wellness". After completing several activities, I have multiple missing rewards. No customer service response after reaching out to them.

This app is horrible, and the only way to earn my company's wellness rewards. It takes 5 minutes to load every "page", good luck if you hit a button you didn't mean to. "Optional" fields in challenges aren't actually optional. The journeys have seemingly tripled in length since last year, since each step takes multiple days of logging to complete.
