New accounts have to pay principal separately from their regular payment. Old accounts can pay both at the same time. Why are new people being inconvenienced? Are we not appreciated? No one wants to wait on this slow app to load on two separate occasions. You have to wait for one payment to clear before making the other. App moves slower than molasses on a snail acrossing a turtles back. The data on it does NOT match what's on the website. I've called about it several times. They don't care.

App randomly decides not to load. Some days will work fine, and others it will never get off the load screen. Can restart the device, close the app, etc. Nothing will make it work. Makes it really inconvenient when trying to budget, pay bills, etc, and can't log in to pay bills or check information.

This app sucks! Do not waste your time or effort. If I could -I would leave no stars. It constantly crashes. Half the features don't work or take too much time to update and I am constantly getting kicked out and having to reset my password and even when I reset my password -I still cant log back in. It is not my devices. They are current and up to date. The application simply does not function correctly.
