About this app

Want to build strength like the world's fighting elite? The military’s fitness programs are often geared towards the ability to march, run, and carry weight. Fitness training in the service exists to prepare a Soldier to withstand the physical demands of combat. With that being said, some of the best workouts on Earth are Army Workouts! To train like our men and women of the Armed Services is a great way to get and stay in shape. The physical exercises selected by the military as part of a unit fitness training session, mostly involve manipulating your own body weight like push-ups.

Want to get as physically fit as the military men and women? Give this 4 week military boot camp style workout program a try.
Learn that the Military and Special Forces units have used body-weight exercises for years now and get great results. Training for survival like you're in the military could transform your body and keep you fit for life.
We’re going to give you all the information you need to start building muscles and strength just like our nation’s elite military. Once you start, we know you’re going to be addicted to these invigorating, heart-pumping, and effective workouts.

This meant training to improve posture and joint function by developing mobility and transferring weight around the body in different ways, with the aim of being ready for anything. Functional exercises in our workout programs include push-ups and glute bridges. When you gain muscle through highly functional training, your body displays your self-mastery, which leads to mastery of your environment.

A boot camp is a type of group workout that promises good results through a tough, immersive, programme of exercise. Just as an army boot camp is designed to turn a civilian into a soldier, a fitness boot camp will help the participant achieve faster results than they might do otherwise.

As far as fitness (physical and mental) goes, the men and women of the military stand in a league of their own. There is fitness, and then there is military fitness.
Armies throughout the world are famous for their use of calisthenics. We will be breaking down what makes a good army body weight workout, as well as how you can make full use of what it has to offer. A good military workout (even if you do it at home) is all about persistence, intensity, and hard work. In this day and age, body weight exercise tends to get overshadowed by weightlifting. Not the case in the military, who have honed both the practice—and themselves—to perfection.

Military men and women have proven them effective again and again; now it’s your turn!

The workout options are well diversified, plentiful, and well descripted, and the app is easy to use. The reason I give it 3 stars however is because the workout interface is infuriating, leaving you unable to skip workouts while in the rest period, and you aren't even able to read the instructions on the exercises until the last 5 seconds of the rest period. You are only able to skip the first 25 seconds of the rest period. You can't even select an exercise to start from in a workout.

The app is pretty good, but don't pay to remove ads. I've paid twice now. After the first time it simply forgot that I had ever paid and even after paying a second time I still get ads. If you don't want ads just find another app.
