The data goes back to day 1 so it's easy to track usage and the UI is ok and pretty responsive. It's missing many features, like an alert when half your panels go offline. Logging into the inverter is difficult and broke mine. When it works, it's pretty good, but I am finding I'm trying to get my system fixed now.

The current version does not honor the battery backup reserve set point. If I set it to 25%, it sets 24%. If I set 61%, it sets 37%. The weather guard returns the site to installer settings instead of back to the previous setting (Time of Use). Time of use needs an option of charging the battery from the grid during off-peak to avoid peak. The company will not respond to any attempts to communicate with them.

Constantly fails to update, sometimes for days. I know it's not my internet or line of sight from/to the panels. It will work and update flawlessly for days, then stop, then suddenly work again. Update 10/19: I've done the technical assistance. Now it's worse. My data from Wednesday is still changing today (Saturday), but the app leads you to think a day is complete as it shows "some data" all day long. Ex. FULL SUN for 3 days, it shows I peaked at 8kw each day, then continues on. Now 1 star.
