It's not accurate to say you have a choice of exercises. Unless you pay, you get one exercise, whether it's one you like or not. The exercises are nice, but this app has nothing BUT its 11 exercises, and charges as much as apps with a whole library of meditations and tools. It's enjoyable to use but they are asking a ridiculous price for so little content compared to the competitors.

I didn't have a good experience. I downloaded this earlier this night because I have server anxiety, but I ended up feeling worse. if you can't pay for a monthly subscription then you can't do much. I found it was really overwhelming and scary. the only free calming exercise was a lot to handle and ended up just feeling horrible about it and out of control. this is really only meant 4 people who are having a moment. do not recommend if you have anxiety. </3

I love everything about this app! From the positive affirmations to the activities on learning how to deal with my anxiety, it's very helpful. I love that I can add my own affirmations for the home screen and triggers in my profile. I love the new breathe activity -- it helps me to relax. I also love getting notifications throughout the day to check in with my feelings. This app is full of helpful insights. Plus, it's free and no distracting ads. Thank you for creating such a great app!
