This app is basically unusable. Rockytop rowdies is bugged and will not allow me to click on anything when it is opened, if it even works. Sign up process was terrible and broke the app. I had to clear data to get it 'working' again. Not sure why they're having students request student tickets from here when it is nowhere close to ready. The app won't even open on my friends iPhone, so it isn't an isolated issue.

Guys. Please update this app. Have y'all actually used this app to listen to a game? The audio is... sporadic. It plays for a min or 2, then stops. Sometimes, it starts back up. most times, you have to restart the audio. I turn my screen off, and the audio stops 5 seconds later. I turn my screen back on, restart the steam, turn screen off, audio stops 10 seconds later. If y'all truly want to promote baseball, PLEASE make the app more reliable.

This app is absolute garbage. I'm trying to use it to "easily" transfer tickets to my dad as a gift, and every time I tap on the menu I get a GLIMPSE of the menu options before a full-screen ad covers everything. Can't get to the menu; can't do anything. How the hell does UT expect anyone to be able to use this stupid thing in order to do ANYTHING involving tickets? If I could give it fewer than 1 star I would.
