I don't like that their rewards system essentially rewards resellers. I would like access to early sales for being a loyal shopper but they only give access when you've spent more than a certain amount per year, then it resets! So much for rewarding customer loyalty over many years. Oh, and those reward points you've earned? Expired! They decided they don't want to do that anymore. So unfun!

Moving the goal post. Every single thing i liked about them, they have changed our stopped doing. Sending in old clothes in great condition to put credit towards other people's gently used clothing, it's perfect. Except that's not what they do anymore. And you don't get points anymore. And the app still doesn't know the difference between a scarf a pair of boots. And they are upping prices. Everything that made toys dope you ruined.

Can't even get the app to fully load half of the time. I've ordered items listed as like new, but then there were multiple holes or places where the elastic ripped. It's great to be able to filter through items, though the filters aren't the best, but I've found some staple pieces of my wardrobe here, back when the app used to function better. Until the app is fixed it's literally unusable.
