Location issues. Unable to access the menu nor many features unless I allow access to my location. For privacy I do not allow location beyond "only this time." I know exactly where the restaurant is but TS wants to track me. Not going to happen. Most apps allow you to give a zip code in lieu of location access. I hope they'll do likewise.

What happened to the Tropical Smoothie app? It's TERRIBLE. It's been a few months or so since I used it, but today I was making my order and noticed there too many items in my cart. I was unable to edit or even see my cart. I tried everything to change and submit my order - nothing workec. I finally had to place my order at the counter, while I Uninstalled, shut my phone off and reinstalled the app. This did NOT FIX the problem. Please help!

Points not being added after placing an order through the app. I had to contact support to receive points for my last 4 orders. Then support gave me additional points for the inconvenience, but those points were not added to my account. All points show earned in my account history, but aren't showing under my available points, therefore, I can't use the points I earned towards purchases. It's how's 0 points when I should have at least 1800. Smh!
