Ok, they've updated the app several times since my last review. It is so much better and works well now. The payments were going through at bank, but the company had no record and made you try to resolve their faulty system issues. Don't know what they did, but it's all fixed now. Good job!👍🏼

I think the payment through this app is not properly programmed and linked with the system. I paid using credit card on 2 Feb 21. It was said error then I paid again. From bank info, these transactions are executed on 8 Feb but I didn't see in the payment history in the app. I just got sms from Kahramaa on 1 Mar for these payments (delayed almost 1 month).
