I used to be a satisfied customer of STC Pay, but my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I have been experiencing an error with my service for almost a month now and despite reporting it several times, there has been no response or resolution. This lack of customer support is unacceptable, especially considering how responsive they used to be. It's frustrating to see such a decline in service quality today.

One of the worst app in bahrain for international transfer. My money is gone and the customer service team are not equipped to handle my queries. Trying for so many days and they are not able to resolve my issue. Everyday the customer service says a different story. Everyday I need to submit a different document. I am not sure how CBB is even allowing such a service. It seems like a scam to me.

Worst customer service and app. I have never experienced such careless response from any other customer service. I had an issue with uploading ID and photo. I have called and complained several times in their toll free number. But the problem is still not resolved. No response for email. Not able to login. Even if you tried uninstall the app and reinstall again, the app will come up with same verification issue.
