Accounts with 3 or more eligible lines can subscribe to Call Filter Plus (Multi-line) for $10.99/month by logging in to My Verizon. If you choose to enroll in Call Filter or Call Filter Plus, the spam filter will be automatically set to block high-risk spam callers, but you can change your block settings at any time. So I've paid for the premium subscription now and my opinion its still not worth it. I get multiple notifications for every blocked call so it's as annoying as just silencing the calls. If I still have to go into the app to block every number and they have an infinite number of phone numbers to use not sure what the point is. Also, I've had a call from a number that was already listed as blocked be allowed through.

This is GARBAGE. So tired of not having voice mail because all this does is ask me to buy Premium. When I click that I want to go to my voice inbox, it continues to ask me to BUY Premium. What happened to Message+ ? It worked fine. I could always retrieve my messages. Now, I can't even get to my inbox. Trying to force customers into buying this or not be able to access your voice mail should be a crime. Beyond frustrated!!!!!

Could you please email the app version from app along with your phone number that you are trying to use Call Filter with to [email protected]. We can check to make sure you are setup correctly.

I'm put on the "Do not call registry", the scam calls are still coming in, the call filter decreased some calls but should eliminate the calls which fills up my voicemail, I have it toggled off on the call filter not to allow a message. This isn't a 100% but hopefully one day when the scammers call, the call filter would disconnect the call & without an option to leave a message. Finally, you won't have to pay attention to your phone when it (rings/message alert) paying for this app a month 🤨
