Mostly ok...but Gps does not update frequently...not sure how such a problem can persist in a tracking product. Sometimes it takes a few minutes pressing real time or the locate button to update the actual position. Some other odd quirks, like the location notices are tied to an 8 hour window. Why?That is not a location notification. That is a critical function missing. Should be no time limit at all. Controlling when to make a sound or screen notifiction should be controlled elsewhere.

Hi, with today's server settings the Watch will update its location every 2 hours or on certain app events. So it will not always be tracking, this along with the 8 hour limit of alerts is to preserve battery. We can also discuss the other issues in greater detail at

App is sort of useful. BIG FAILURE: It fails to make any notification sound when my grandson sends me a message. I've selected a fairly loud notification sound in the settings for the app but it doesn't make any sound! Not even the "default" notification sound that every other app makes! 2 stars because it does show me where he is. For now he has to call me for anything... unless it's OK if I don't see the message until hours later.

No matter what I do my children's texts will not notify me. No vibration or ringing. We had an emergency at school last week and I was being texted by my daughter and I saw NOTHING. I hate these watches, the app (which takes FOREVER to open when you want to view/send a text or call). The GPS is inaccurate, the range settings for school, etc do not work and I get told constantly my kids aren't at school (yes they are), etc. Don't buy these. Go for a cheap Apple watch.
