(Update) Now I have access to the customizing screen without trouble but I have no idea what has fixed the issue. I like the design of this face. I wish there were more options on other things like hands, though. (Previous review) Unable to customize on Galaxy watch5 pro. I don't recommend buying this. Very disappointing.

Go to the Google Store under Watch Devices, search for ACRO, and install the watch you purchased.
Copy the Play Store address of the watch face (click the three dots next to the magnifying glass in the upper right corner of the Play Store > Share). After accessing Samsung Internet, click ‘Install on another device’.

Great design and look, especially the colour options. However on a Galaxy Watch 5 it doesn't let you access the 4 quick options and any time you try to check notifications it requires a pin to unlock.
