This App fails at the most important thing it is meant to do, which is accept customer payments. Every time I attempt to make a payment through the app using my bank account, the payment is returned and my bill payment is not processed. This has led to an accumulation of past due balances and associated late fees. Every time I have attempted to submit payments, I have more than enough funds to cover the transaction and all of my account information is correct. Terrible user experience

The App works as expected. I'm able to pay my bill in a few simple steps. Only thing I would prefer is the option to lock in my information. I would like to add a password, swipe pattern or biometrics etc to be able to access my app if I chose that option. Just so I don't let someone access my info, address etc. when I pass my phone to a friend or family and they're nosy @$$ hell. Do you understand? If they decide to open this app and all you info is easily accessible. 4 stars till they lock app

Was able to previously pay using Google Pay as an option. Doing so now just takes me on an endless loop of selecting Google Pay , submit payment, and back to selecting payment method. Update: Issue has been fixed.
