The facial recognition verification code is clearly malfunctioned. However instead of coming forward with the problem they cover it with customer service answers that are unrelated to the problem. It is near impossible to use the app for the final steps of registration! This is supposed to make remote access to government services possible. Yet it is laggy and very hard to use, especially if the person is abroad. Worst app ever. I would give it 0 stars if I could. What a shame.

Not opening after update. Paused at " By clicking on "Continue" you give consent to be recorded for verification purposes." Camera permission dialogue box not opening. One of my device was detected but my main device not able to "continue". Somebody please help me to install it on my device. App is crashing after clicking " Continue" Please correct it as soon as possible.

Awful. I cannot create an account. I'm having an error. It's not taking the OTP that I received. Even I send it again. re-installed the app, cleared cashe and data. Nothing. I need help so bad. Is there anyway I can get this through?
