A headache to create an account! Such a bad experience. Application is getting rejected for no reason!! Wowww!! Tried multiple times but everytime it get stopped after the picture process. They should make the process easier for customer to open up account!!!

This crApp DOES NOT tell outright the requirement/s for opening an account, making the applicant expect that any amount will do, and makimg them look as if they consider any amount but after you have submitted all their requirements - full name, employment details, personal financial status, Emirates ID, passport, etc., they then reveal that the account you qualify is their Aspire account with a minimum requirement salary of at least AED5,000. WHAT A WAY TO DECEIVE WOULD-BE DEPOSITORS💩💩💩💩💩

I have tried to open an account using this app. But my application is still pending. When i clicking returning user it asking to put the reg mob number aftet enter the otp the application is stuck in error. I can only see that "please select your account preferences". Not showing any selection on that page. The app need to improve. I'm expecting more from ADCB.
