I paid for the game, but I can't finish any videos without it saying our connection was interrupted. In the beginning, it was because the store associate told me a Chromebook would work best. Read on here it's not compatible. Turned it back in and got a laptop... still not working! Sent tickets with no response. So beyond frustrated!

I can't even really rate the game because it takes forever to load. It's constantly freezing, or locking my kids into an activity they want to leave. We have a time limit on screens, so in 30 minutes they spend probably 15-20 waiting or stuck. They hate this game because it's a waste of their time. I'm glad you offer a free trial because I would be livid if I paid for this. And yes, all of our devices meet specs for this app. It's not a troubleshooting issue, it's poor design.

I am having the same problem as everyone else. My android version 6.0 is not compatible despite what is advertised. on top of that, I signed up for a whole year since we loved ABC Mouse so much. I am very disappointed and will be working on cancelling. UPDATE: They do not allow refunds if you upgrade when signing up for the free 30 day trial. I have been assured I have access to an app that does not work for a year though. Judging by the other reviews, I would say this app is a scam.
