This needs does NOT work!!! I get high risk spam calls all day long, the settings don't work properly because my options are grayed out. I had to call customer care fir them to set it correctly on their end and I still can't use it, can't update anything, can't add numbers to the block list. Matter of fact, no numbers even show in my call log to report spam!! How can this problem get fixed because I'm peed off at this point

App was working well for years as described to screen out unwanted calls and texts in the background. But when I switched to a Pixel phone, unbeknownst to me until recently, most incoming calls went straight to voicemail. Unless someone leaves a voicemail or texts me, I wouldn't know. This applies to even people on my contact list. I've called AT&T several times, and they ended up resetting the app on their end each time. But the fix is not permanent.

Thanks for your feedback. Make sure that ActiveArmor has permission to use your contacts. We ask for contacts permission when you first open the app. If you denied it by accident, please go to your OS settings for contacts and grant it permission. Then go into Calls & Texts on the app and toggle on "Always allow contacts." Thank you, AT&T

Now that I have upgraded to this app, why is it that I don't have the ability to uninstall the Call Protect app, since it is now obsolete? Also noticed that incoming calls were not being shown on my phone log, but occasionally showing up as missed on the app. I've been informed by some that calls were being redirected to a full voice mail (which mine is never). All this suspicious activity led me to believe that this is part of the data breach. (Re: response) been there, done that. Didn't help!

Thanks for your feedback. Click on the Calls & Texts. Go to Call Routing Settings, Spam risk calls, set to Block or send to voicemail or allow and flag. Block will stop the calls from ringing through. You can customize the different spam categories, Telemarketers, General spam, Political calls, etc. to allow or block them. Thank you, AT&T
