The CreditWise App worked very well up until 09/13/2024, when it simply stopped updating! In my attempts to get it to update, I tried logging out and back in many times, and even uninstalling the App and reinstalling, but the App no longer updates! So, it's no longer useful. I hope someday they can fix it. It was really nice when it worked. I reached out to Capital One support, and they sent me an email stating that they got my request, and that's where it ended. Eventually, I'll just delete it.

Good for monitoring your credit, but oddly enough if you alreadyhave good credit it can be a nuisance! My total debt ranges from near 0 to 1,000 so every change in usage is a + or - Alert, for a change that is less than 1% of my credit rating. It's going to fluctuate, a lot, because I use my credit card a lot - but also make a lot of payments. I need alerts for suspicious activity, not for insignificant changes to my score.

11/05/24: Wonderful tool when building credit for first time. Allows you to learn what helps and hinders progress, and monitors your transunion credit report. Too bad they broke it. Was a GREAT app, but it no longer works on my phone. This app was something that I feel was essential to repairing my credit. I've been forced to uninstalled it and replaced it with another credit monitoring app. 5 stars when it worked, but now it doesn't.
