This is a terrible app. Cigna, why even bother having an app if it doesn't even log you on to the main page, glitches and crashes out? Pointless waste of time. I have other friends who use their insurance company's apps and use it flawlessly. Moreover, it really helps them save time with claims submissions. I thought I'd give Cigna Envoy to do the same but it's an epic fail. I had resort back to the lengthy claim submission process on the website which at least thankfully worked. Disappointing!

Has issues on Android. I have the most recent version and an up to date Pixel phone but many parts of the app don't rotate or resize so I can't see additional content that is not visible in portrait view. As an example the tax return forms page lists my 1095B forms however there is no way to view them, unless the link is to the right of the field I can view. Also when I send a "secure email" no verification comes up, only a blank page.

Very glitchy whether on WiFi or strong mobile network. The "secure message" feature does not function, and every single time you log in, a message appears which says, "We cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later." Also, when using the in-app camera to photograph and upload claim forms, the preview shows up clear, but the uploaded file sometimes ends up blurry resulting in a frustrating back and forth communication with customer service.
