App is pretty janky. While my car is charging I continuously receive notifications every minute or so, sometimes it won't start the charge because "charger is too far away" even though I'm standing at the charger with my car plugged in. When I swipe to start charge I wait a really long time for the charge to actually begin, like maybe a full minute. All that said, the app looks good, like it has a nice design.

Forces you to have more funds than you will use to charge and has no means to withdraw your balance. I had $7+ which would have given me about 60%-70% charge, which is all I needed. It made me add funds, which was only $10, however, at 80%, when I stopped, the $10+ was still on my account. But remember, I cannot use that $10 without adding more. SCAMMERS

The app took out $66 extra because the charger glitched and kept trying to refill the balance. My charging sessions + the current balance at the time added up to $353, but between that time they took out $420. Every time I contact support they just fall back on they just treat me like I'm stupid and don't know what I'm talking about. They want to repeat telling me what I already know. I know the app tops off with $10 once the balance is below $5... but where is the other $67 unaccounted for?
