Terrible! I tried to use the app to pay and it caused my account to be charged twice, making USAA think it was fraud. Reached out to FB and they restricted my ad account without anyone responding or notifying me! I have never had a problem with FB/ Meta. But I figured being on the move in July preparing for a funeral, it would be easy to do things on my phone and you can't do meta in the FB app. you have to download this app in order to use it. Wish I never did! I give it -0 if I could!

This app is currently non-functional. I just spent the past hour trying to launch a new ad campaign, and every time you bring it to the "review" page, the app crashes and completely resets the campaign creation. Thanks for wasting more of my time Meta! You kill our organic reach, and your tools that let us pay you for reaching literally don't work. Wonderful business model!

The app works horribly. A lot of the options you can't control them through here and you have to use a computer, plus and worst, the app can just say there is an unexciting error and erase all the things you did before publishing the ad. And this is not something that may happen once, it happened 4 times Some of the options it just choose the worst one for you and you can't change it once publish, so now, all the people that click on the link get send to Messenger app instead of Instagram
