Your subscription includes:
> Unlimited access to the complete Fitness Integrated Science On-Demand Video Library with hundreds of videos that you can watch 24/7 plus new video content added each week.

> Unique isometric and therapeutic routines to improve muscle contractions and reduce joint pain.

* All payments will be paid through your Google Account and may be managed under Account Settings after the initial payment. Subscription payments will automatically renew unless deactivated at least 24-hours before the end of the current cycle. Your account will be charged for renewal at least 24-hours prior to the end of the current cycle. Any unused portion of your free trial will be forfeited upon payment. Cancellations are incurred by disabling auto-renewal.

I love this app! Lauren is an excellent teacher and guide for my fitness. One of the best features is where the workouts are grouped by time. So when I don't have time to workout during the day, I go to the 15 minute ones and get it in before I go to bed. My favorite 15 min is for the neck. It relieves my neck stress pain everytime.

Life changing! Lauren's energy, encouragement, and perspective on health is extraordinary. Muscle activation is by far the best way to deeply strengthen your core. Start with just 15 minutes a day and you will feel better and stronger after each and every session. amazing! This thoughtful and ever updating app has everything you need, and Lauren always responds to questions!

Lauren is by far the best fitness instructor! She really cares about her students and is extremely experienced and knowledgeable. I am lucky to be able to take her classes in person, but when I can't these videos are easy to understand and follow. Thanks for another excellent service Lauren Eirk!
