Coaching is mediocre, it schedules on days I say I can't do. It doesn't sync new plans to my Edge. I keep changing what icons should show at the bottom and it keeps changing it back. Some of the simplest things just don't work. For some reason the menus for my Edge show in Chinese. On the edge itself it's in English. It's English for everything else as well. The edge also drops Bluetooth to my trainer constantly, making it useless.

Last update crippled funtionality. It was always a little laggy and sync with the Instinct 2 was occasionally slow or took an extra try. After the last update, the app is now far less organized in appearance and most of the tracked parameters like HRV and sleep, stress, etc, do not sync or show any data/time charts. The watch still appears to work as normal, but their in app data collection (one would think their primary interest) does not.

Latest update made my Vivoactive 4 unable to connect. Do not update! Over time, they have gradually fixed things, as well as adding nice new features. Unfortunately, more recently, they've made some undesirable changes. The "recent" list in the strength section is no longer alphabetical, making it more difficult to find the exercises you want to record. And it no longer seems to be able to properly recognize exercises. Triceps presses show as "sit ups," Curls sometimes show as "unknown," etc.
