great app. however, I have noticed some of the sticking with the AI typically completely shutting down the app and restarting will fix it. however, the other day the app completely stopped working when I tried to open it and had to completely delete and reinstall the app to get it to work. the biggest issue I've noticed is this audio completely shutting off after a minute and a half no matter whether it's a book or the sleep timers or anything.

This app has progressed so much since I first downloaded it. I love the various protocols that I can take part in. I get daily encouragement while working towards my long-term goals. Daily short actionable items are ideal for my ADHD brain. Any problems that I have encountered are quickly addressed by a support team that follows up and makes certain issues are resolved. A great perk is the community that you can be a part of. The other Mental users offer advice and support.

I've been using Mental for the past 12 months and there's not a day I miss. The cold showers have decreased my depression symptoms and given me the discipline to get healthy. I've lost 60 lbs so far and still going. The daily deuces are hilarious and packed with insights that I use daily and the Daily Do provides a simple action steps that can be applied to life. I've tried numerous mental health apps but this app has replaced them all. Im more focused disciplined and have better mental health.
