About this app

Just Run is a simple workout app to help you get running. I made this app to get myself off the couch and start running to get to 5K. Stick to the workout plan, and you'll be able to run 5K in 9 weeks. It really does work!

If you're already able to run 5K, Just Run also has a 6-week plan to help you get up to 10K!

Workout Plans
- Zero to 5K: Gets you from absolute zero running experience to 5K in just 9 weeks, with three 30-minute workouts per week
- 5K to 10K: If you can already run 5K, or have finished Zero to 5K, this plan gets you to 10K in only 6 weeks

Features
📅 Target dates for each workout, calculated based on your progress, and optimal exercise days
📣 Choose from multiple trainer voices, which tell you exactly when to run and walk
📱 Lock screen notification so you don't need to unlock your phone to check your progress
🚫 No ads! Ads are no fun, so Just Run has no ads!
🎵 Works with music, audiobook and podcast apps - Just Run will briefly lower the volume of the other app when prompting you to run and walk, so you'll never miss a prompt
🔽 Tiny download (less than 4MB), so Just Run will take up very little space on your device
➕ Upgrade to Premium to get more trainer voices, multiple theme options, and to support continued development of Just Run

I'd love to hear how you're getting on with Just Run. You can email me at [email protected].

Just Run is the successor to Syncostyle's 5K Trainer and B210K Trainer. If you liked those, Just Run will feel very familiar!

Amazingly easy way to become a runner! I just finished my last workout, and I am flabbergasted how easy I went from only being able to run for 2 minutes straight to just completing a 5K! The workouts were hard, but nothing I couldn't do. The logic build was manageable and challenging. Now I can run over 3 Mi with ease! The app was simple and easy to use , and make sure you use the screen lock while you're running so you don't miss the cues from the give of your your choice. On to 10K!

I used this app a couple of years ago as someone who had never run before and it was so helpful. Using at again now after coming back to running after a baby. I appreciate how lightweight it is -- works over whatever audio I'm playing, very easy to use, easy to see the countdown if you need to. Also easy to repeat weeks or workouts as needed. Just upgraded to premium.

Amazing!!!!! Great free alternative to more popular, subscription-based 5k training apps. I actually paid to upgrade simply because I love it so much. You can watch/listen to whatever you want while the app runs in the background, and the voice will tell you exactly what to do. Don't need to think about it at all. This is exactly what I wanted in an app like this. Thank you!
