Twice now, the app has charged for an order twice. I have my card linked. First time: I used my code at the drive-thru, and had 2 charges of the same amount for 1 order. The store was unhelpful in refunding the money. Second time: I placed an order on the app for pickup, and was again charged twice for 1 order. I have since unlinked my card, as there is literally no help in the app, from customer support, or from the store itself. Absolutely abysmal.

After being automatically signed out of App, I can no longer sign into the App. The only way to sign in is through clicking on an email link sent by the McDonalds App. For some reason the App no longer sends me an email to sign in. I've un-installed and reinstalled it twice, checked my spam folder over and over, unblocked ALL email addresses, and double checked everything. I even had McDonald's Techs check my account. No luck. Cannot use password. Looks like I will lose all my points I had.

It appears the original issue of The app not working after 9:00 p.m. has been fixed. However, my new frustration with the app is that I accidentally clicked on using a deal for the drive-thru when I meant add it to a mobile order. And now it will not let me use it on my mobile order because it says I've used a deal. And I never used a deal. I've had various iterations of this issue in the past with it saying that you've used the deal when you haven't. Incredibly frustrating
