The Transfer to Mobily network system is totally broken. If I choose eSIM the system gives error after Nafth verification on last step. And if I choose the Physical SIM the system take me to home page of Mobily network. Kindly fix the bug. Edit: Just checked that the whole booking system is not working. I tried to order the Fiber Connection and at the last stage while selecting date and time of appointment it's gives error.

Getting logged out even after logged in with user credentials. It's very annoying to logging whenever need to check the data or any call usage. Not stable and the quick login is good bt what's the point if you can't stay logged in. Need to enter the credentials again and again. Except that app, the network and the prices are pretty good enough to continue with the service.

App is regrettably as unreliable as the mobile reception. Seems counter productive to make it impossible to access your account to recharge, but the app does succeed in preventing this and reporting error messages at least 80% of the time. Having no reception/ coverage to access your account (when other service providers do) unfortunately doesn't help either.
