This app doesn't work well at all. For several months, when I open it and scan my fingerprint, it takes at least a full 2 minutes of watching the circle pattern rotate before it goes to the balances page. Then, if I click to scan an item, it takes another 2 minutes to bring that up. But to do another scan, it goes through 2 minutes of waiting again. This app is junk, and I can't use my benefits card because it won't scan, except for once every 2 minutes...then it might shut down.

Worked just fine for me. I used the Benefits Pro app for mobile. It was easy to navigate and return to where I left off when checking items in my cart. Prices are a little high on some items. Use your own budget accordingly and honestly to yourself. If you know you can get an item for less and it is easy for you to get,then I suggest you do. Basically,this route is for convenience and for those who are unable to shop outside your home.I recommend this app!

Items to buy are not categorized at all, so it's very difficult to keep track of what items you've seen or haven't seen. Navigating the site is difficult. I kept getting knocked off the site, and it happened 5 or 6 times. Then, you have to go through the sign in steps, once again, including a code emailed to you that's part of the sign in steps. Once you go through that, you have to start at the top of the items list all over again. It's a great benefit! The site needs help!
